Short version: Stratam is a closed beta. We'll do our best to keep it running but we don't promise uptime. Don't use Stratam to break the law, spam people, or abuse third-party services. You own your data. You can quit anytime.
1. What Stratam is
Stratam is an AI agent service operated by JFutures. We host and maintain the system; you tell it what to do via Discord, email, web, or other configured channels. Stratam takes actions on your behalf using third-party services (LLMs, browsers, APIs).
2. Closed-beta status
We are pre-launch. That means:
- No SLA. The service may be unavailable without notice. We aim for >99% uptime but don't guarantee it.
- Features may change. We may add, remove, or modify capabilities. We'll give 14 days notice for breaking changes that affect paying customers.
- Pricing may change. Current pricing is beta pricing. We'll honor it for 90 days after we exit beta for early customers.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use Stratam to:
- Break any law (US federal, state, or your local jurisdiction).
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Generate, distribute, or store CSAM or other illegal content.
- Attack, probe, or attempt to penetrate third-party systems you don't have explicit permission to test.
- Generate content designed to harass, defame, or threaten specific individuals.
- Train competing models on the responses Stratam gives you.
- Resell access to your account without our written permission.
Stratam has built-in safety rails (anti-fabrication post- process, destructive-tool guards, shell-command blocklist). Attempting to circumvent them is a violation of these terms.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials confidential. If you connect Discord, Gmail, or Twilio, the tokens you provide are powerful. Don't share them.
- Review what Stratam does on your behalf. Anti-fab catches most issues, but the operator is responsible for the actions the agent takes.
- Don't connect Stratam to systems you don't have authority to operate.
5. What you own
You own everything you put into Stratam (your messages, your vault, your data) and everything he produces for you (his replies, his tool outputs, the artifacts he creates on your behalf). We claim no rights over any of it.
6. What we own
We own Stratam: the codebase, the system prompts, the agent definitions, the dashboard UI, the brand. The fact that Stratam answered you doesn't transfer any of that to you.
7. Third-party services
Stratam routes through LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter) and tool providers (Discord, Twilio, Google Gmail, etc.). Each has its own terms — by using Stratam to access them through your accounts, you agree to those providers' terms as well. We don't take responsibility for outages or policy changes on their end.
8. Payment + termination
Beta access is free. When paid tiers launch, you'll be billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — no annual commitments, no early-termination fees. Cancellation stops billing at the end of the current period; your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable-use rules above. We'll email you with the reason and give 7 days to appeal where the situation allows.
9. Warranty
Stratam is provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond what applicable consumer-protection law requires. AI systems make mistakes — Stratam will sometimes be wrong, slow, or unavailable. Use your own judgment when his output matters.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim related to Stratam is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months (or US$100 if you're on the free beta tier).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes that can't be resolved informally will go to arbitration in Miami-Dade County, FL.
12. Changes to terms
Material changes will be emailed to all operators 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
